At WorldStrides, we Choose Earth. It is our way of building environmental and social responsibility into the ethos and outcomes of our educational programs. We believe that these programs should be adventurous and focus on learning about our most challenging societal problems, all circling back to our dedication to a sustainable future. Each WorldStrides Gap Year activity is aligned with at least one of the 2030 United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, the SDGs are a global call to action to protect our planet, end poverty and foster peace and prosperity.
